摘　　要：种痘样水疱病是一种罕见光敏性皮肤病,典型皮损以光暴露部位反复发作性丘疱疹、坏死性痂皮形成、皮损消退后遗留痘疮样瘢痕为特征。该病属EB病毒相关种痘样淋巴组织细胞增殖性疾病谱系病变的轻症端,临床表现也有谱系性,由仅有皮肤病变(经典型)向系统病变(重型)缓慢进展,经典型常自行缓解,重型存在恶变风险,早期诊断、治疗对改善患者预后有重要意义。本文就种痘样水疱病诊断与治疗的研究进展作一综述。Hydroa vacciniforme(HV)is a rare photodermatosis,which is characterized by recurrent papulovesicles,necrotic crusts and varicelliform scars after healing in the sun-exposed areas.HV is taken as the mild end among the disease spectrum of EBV-associated HV-like lymphoproliferative disorder.Disease severity of HV also varies from only skin lesions(classic HV)to systemic involvement(severe HV).Classic HV tends to be self-limited,while severe HV may have the risk of progression to malignancy.Early diagnosis and prompt corresponding intervention play a pivotal role in improving prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of the diagnosis and management of HV.
