摘　　要：经口内镜下肌切开术是一种通过建立黏膜下隧道进行肌切开的内镜微创技术,早期主要用于治疗贲门失迟缓症及其他食管动力性疾病,随着内镜技术的发展,基于其原理陆续出现了治疗食管憩室和胃轻瘫的衍生术式。作为新兴的经自然腔道内镜手术方法,经口内镜下肌切开术安全性高、并发症少及近期疗效好,近年在上消化道疾病治疗中应用广泛。本文就经口内镜下肌切开术及其衍生术式在上消化道疾病治疗中应用的研究进展作一综述。Peroral endoscopic myotomy(POEM)is a minimally invasive technique of myotomy by establishing a submucosal tunnel.In the early stage,it was mainly used in the treatment of achalasia and other esophageal dynamic diseases.With the development of endoscopic technology,there have been derivative methods which based on POEM’s principle for the treatment of esophageal diverticulum and gastroparesis.As an emerging method of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,POEM has the advantages of high safety,few complications and significant short-term efficacy,and has been widely used in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract diseases in recent years.This paper reviews the research progress of the applications of POEM and its derivatives in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract diseases.
