吉林省2020-2021年适龄婴儿脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗和无细胞百白破联合疫苗单独和同时接种的不良反应发生率

摘　　要：目的比较适龄婴儿脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗(Inactivated poliovirus vaccine,IPV)和无细胞百白破联合疫苗(Diphtheria,tetanus and acellular combined vaccine,DTaP)单独和同时接种的不良反应发生率。方法通过国家免疫规划信息管理系统收集吉林省2020-2021年适龄婴儿IPV和DTaP单独或同时接种后不良反应报告个案,比较不良反应报告发生率。结果适龄婴儿IPV单独接种、DTaP单独接种、IPV与DTaP同时接种的不良反应报告发生率分别为139.87/10万剂(223例)、635.93/10万剂(959例)、85.16/10万剂(180例),其中一般反应分别为139.24/10万剂(222例)、635.27/10万剂(958例)、84.69/10万剂(179例),异常反应分别为0.63/10万剂(1例)、0.66/10万剂(1例)和0.47/10万剂(1例)。结论吉林省2020-2021年适龄婴儿IPV和DTaP单独或同时接种后不良反应发生率在可接受范围内,以常见轻微反应为主;同时接种未增加不良反应的发生风险。Objective To compare incidences of adverse reaction following standalone and simultaneous vaccination with inactivated poliovirus vaccine(IPV)and diphtheria,tetanus and acellular combined vaccine(DTaP)among age-eligible infants.Methods We obtained data on adverse reaction following standalone or simultaneous vaccination with IPV and DTaP during 2020-2021 in Jilin from the National Immunization Information Management System to compare reported incidences of adverse reactions.Results Reported incidences per 100000 doses of adverse reactions for IPV only,DTaP only,and IPV combined with DTaP among age-eligible infants were 139.87(223 cases),635.93(959 cases),and 85.16(180 cases),respectively,with incidences being 139.24(222 cases),635.27(958 cases),and 84.69(179 cases)for common reactions and 0.63(1 case),0.66(1 case),and 0.47(1 case)for rare reactions.Conclusions Incidences of adverse reaction following standalone and simultaneous vaccination with IPV and DTaP among age-eligible infants of Jilin in 2020-2021 were acceptable.Most reactions were common and mild,and simultaneous vaccination was not associated with an increase in adverse reactions.
