摘 要:研究了金红石单矿物在油酸钠和水杨羟肟酸钠协同药剂体系中的浮选行为,利用Zeta电位、表面张力、接触角、紫外漫反射吸收光谱等手段研究了组合药剂之间以及组合药剂与金红石的作用机制。结果表明:药剂添加顺序对金红石回收率和组合药剂的协同效应影响较大,先添加水杨羟肟酸钠后添加油酸钠时金红石回收率远远超过其他两种药剂添加顺序时的回收率。油酸钠分子中的双键和水杨羟肟酸钠分子中的苯环之间存在电子共轭效应,该效应的存在是组合药剂离子之间发生缔合效应的主要原因,矿物表面缔合物的生成数量及空间构象是影响金红石浮选行为的根本原因。组合药剂在金红石表面的作用方式可影响矿物表面的晶格应力,不同药剂添加顺序下金红石的浮选回收率与其带隙宽度成反比关系。Flotation properties of rutile in synergistic reagent systems of sodium oleate(SO) and sodium salicylhydroxamide(SHA) were studied, and several techniques including Zeta potential, surface intension, contact angle, UV diffuse telescope were introduced to discuss the interaction mechanisms of reagents as well as the reagents and mineral surface. The results indicated that adding order of reagent could impact the rutile recovery and the synergistic effect of reagent combination significantly. Adding SHA firstly and SO secondly could gain higher rutile recovery than others. There was an electron conjugation effect between the double bond in SO and benzene ring in SHA, which was the main reason for the association of reagents. The amount and configuration of the association complex could affect the rutile flotation behavior. The adsorption mode of reagent on rutile could influence the lattice stress, the flotation recovery of rutile under different chemical addition sequences was inversely proportional to its band gap width.
