摘 要:城市污泥中通常含有大量的有机质以及氮元素、磷元素等营养物质,可以经过处理后用作园林绿化用泥,从而提高资源的利用率,但城市污泥中重金属的存在往往成为限制其回收利用的一个重要因素,因此,室内采用有机螯合剂SMR-1对某城市污泥样品进行了钝化处理,并评价了钝化处理后的污泥对黑麦草生长的影响。结果表明:当有机螯合剂SMR-1的加量为0.6%时,其能够有效降低城市污泥中重金属的生物有效态含量,对重金属Cu、Zn以及Ni的钝化处理效果较高,而对重金属Pb的钝化处理效果相对不明显。使用钝化处理后的城市污泥用作园林绿化用泥时,可以有效促进黑麦草的生长,当土壤中加入20%左右的钝化污泥后,黑麦草的株高和根长可以大幅度增加,并且黑麦草中的叶绿素质量分数、分蘖数以及叶片干湿重也可以得到有效增加,说明钝化后的城市污泥可以在园林绿化过程中进行回收再利用。Municipal sludge usually contains a lot of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients, which can be used for landscaping after treatment, so as to improve the utilization rate of resources. However, the existence of heavy metals in municipal sludge becomes an important factor limiting its recovery and utilization. Organic chelating agent SMR-1 was used to passivate a municipal sludge sample, and the effect of passivated sludge on the growth of ryegrass was evaluated. The results showed that, when the dosage of organic chelating agent SMR-1 was 0.6%, it could effectively reduce the bioavailable content of heavy metals in municipal sludge, and the passivation effect of heavy metals Cu, Zn and Ni was higher than that of heavy metals Pb. When the passivated sludge was used as landscaping sludge, the growth of ryegrass could be effectively promoted. When about 20% passivated sludge was added into the soil, the plant height and root length of ryegrass could be greatly increased, and the chlorophyll mass fraction, tiller number, and dry and wet weight of leaves in ryegrass could also be effectively increased. So, the passivated sludge can be recycled in the process of landscaping.
