摘  要:油田进入中后期开发阶段,大多数采用注水方式开发,由此产生大量的采油污水,不仅对环境带来了很大的污染,同时产生的结垢、堵塞问题增加了原油运输中的风险。以长庆X区块低渗透油藏主力油层采油污水为研究对象,采用现场试验的方法,对油田常用的缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂开展了单一药剂、复配药剂效果评价。结果表明:当药剂质量浓度为100 mg·L^(-1)时,HS-3腐蚀速率最低,缓蚀效果最好;当药剂质量浓度为40时,ZG-3、ZG-4阻垢率最高,阻垢效果最好;6种杀菌剂的杀菌效果均很高;复配后缓蚀效果、杀菌效果变化不大,但对阻垢效果具有极大的抑制作用,建议在使用过程中,阻垢剂与缓蚀剂、杀菌剂复配应当分开,两者保持一定的时间差,通过对缓蚀率、阻垢率、杀菌率的综合分析,认为当ρ(ZG-3)=40mg·L^(-1)、ρ(HS-3)=100mg·L^(-1)、ρ(SJ-4)=100mg·L^(-1)时污水处理效果最好,清水系统建议药剂配方为ρ(ZG-3)=40mg·L^(-1)、ρ(SJ-4)=100 mg·L^(-1)。In the middle and late development stage, most oilfields are developed by water injection, which produces a large amount of produced water, which not only brings great pollution to the environment, but also increases the risk of crude oil transportation. In this paper, taking Changqing X block low permeability reservoir main oil production wastewater as an research object, using the method of field test, the effect evaluation of common corrosion inhibitors,scale inhibitors, bactericides used in the oilfields was carried out. The results showed that when the mass concentration of HS-3 was 100 mg·L^(-1), the corrosion rate of HS-3 was the lowest and the inhibition effect was the best;When the mass concentration of ZG-3 and zg-4 was 40 mg·L^(-1), the scale inhibition rate was the highest and the scale inhibition effect was the best;The germicidal efficacy of the six fungicides was very high;It was suggested that the scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor and bactericide should be separated in the process of use, and the two should keep a certain time difference. Through the comprehensive analysis of corrosion inhibition rate, scale inhibition rate and bactericidal rate, it was considered that, ρ(ZG-3)= 40 mg·L^(-1), ρ(HS-3) =100 mg·L^(-1), ρ(SJ-4)=100 mg·L^(-1), sewage treatment effect was the best. ρ(ZG-3)= 40 mg·L^(-1)and ρ(SJ-4) =100 mg·L^(-1)was suggested for clean water system.
