摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备憎水性二氧化硅溶胶,在此基础上分别采用氯化钯和银进行憎水性二氧化硅溶胶修饰,测定不同pH值中Ag-SiO_(2)膜耐酸碱性,以及对经氯化钯涂膜后的膜片进行气体分离试验。结果表明:Ag修饰的SiO_(2)膜耐酸碱性能得到了提升,扩大了膜耐酸碱性的范围,且从不同银量修饰的Ag-SiO_(2)膜相比,0.05Ag-SiO_(2)膜耐酸碱性程度较强,少量的氯化钯就能提高二氧化硅溶胶的气体分离性。Hydrophobic silica sol was prepared by sol-gel method,and it was modified with palladium chloride and silver chloride respectively,the acid and alkali resistance of Ag-SiO_(2)film in different pH values was measured, and the gas separation test of palladium chloride coated film was carried out. The results showed that the Ag-modified SiO_(2)film improved acid and alkaline resistance and expanded the range of acid and alkaline resistance. Compared with the Ag-SiO_(2)film modified with different amount of silver, the acid and alkaline resistance of 0.05Ag-SiO_(2)film was stronger. Adding small amount of palladium chloride improved the gas separation of silica sol.
