摘 要:以不同离子类型的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、高分子吸水树脂(SAP)为原材料,制备了新型PAM-SAP水系灭火剂。检测了该灭火剂对B类火灾的灭火性能,并测试了其吸水量与运动黏度的关系。结果发现:在灭火实验中,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺所配置的PAM-SAP水系灭火剂均有较优的灭火性能,当高分子吸水性树脂与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺比例为1∶1.2时,其具有最佳的灭火性能;在吸水率测试与运动黏度测试中发现,样品的灭火性能与黏度成正相关,而吸水率对灭火性能的影响小于运动黏度对其的影响。A new type of PAM-SAP water-based fire extinguishing agent was prepared by using polyacrylamide(PAM) and polymer water-absorbing resin(SAP) with different ionic types as raw materials. The fire-extinguishing performance of the fire-extinguishing agent in Class B fires was tested, and the relationship between its water absorption and kinematic viscosity was also tested. The experimental results showed that in the fire extinguishing experiment, the PAM-SAP water-based fire extinguishing agent configured with cationic polyacrylamide had better fire extinguishing performance. When the ratio of polymer water absorbent resin and cationic polyacrylamide was 1∶1.2, it had the best fire-extinguishing performance;In the water absorption test and kinematic viscosity test, it was found that the fire-extinguishing performance of the sample was positively correlated with the viscosity, and the effect of water absorption on the fire-extinguishing performance was less than that of the kinematic viscosity.
