摘　　要：针对靖边油田油井腐蚀、结垢问题,利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)和 X 射线荧光光谱(XRF)对垢样矿物组成及化学元素组成进行分析,同时结合腐蚀结垢实验预测腐蚀速率,最终明确研究区油井腐蚀规律。结果表明:靖边油田采出水具有高矿化度、高 SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)、高 Cl^(-)特点;其中 CO形成的碳酸盐垢是导致结垢严重主要原因;腐蚀实验表明,固体缓蚀剂防腐效果要优于液体缓蚀剂;腐蚀速率受到硫化物、pH、溶解氧、SRB 含量、温度、压力因素的影响;优选缓释阻垢剂及注入水处理剂,最终确定质量浓度 30 mg·L^(-1)NKC-W缓蚀剂,50 mg·L^(-1)杀菌剂 NKC-681,500 mg·L^(-1)除氧剂 NKC-220。该新型固体缓蚀剂现场应用于靖边油田 5 口井,经过测定,其腐蚀速率小于国家标准,表明该缓蚀剂具有良好的应用前景。Aiming at the problem of oil well corrosion and scaling in Jingbian oilfield, the mineral composition and chemical element composition of the scale sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence spectrum (XRF). At the same time, combined with the corrosion and scaling experiment, the corrosion rate was predicted, and finally the corrosion law of oil wells in the study area was clarified. The results showed that the produced water of Jingbian oilfield had the characteristics of high salinity, high SRB (sulfate reducing bacteria) and high Cl^(-);The carbonate scale formed by COwas the main cause of serious scaling;Static corrosion experiments and static corrosion experiments were carried out respectively, which showed that the anti-corrosion effect of solid corrosion inhibitor was better than that of liquid corrosion inhibitor;The corrosion rate was affected by sulfide, pH,dissolved oxygen, SRB content, temperature and pressure;The slow-release scale inhibitor and collected water treatment agent were optimized, and the final mass concentration was 30 mg·L^(-1)NKC-W corrosion inhibitor, 50 mg·L^(-1)bactericide NKC-681,500 mg·L^(-1)deaerator NKC-220. The new solid corrosion inhibitor has been applied to 5 wells in Jingbian oilfield. After measurement, its corrosion rate was lower than the national standard, indicating that the inhibitor had a good application prospect.
