摘 要:管道运输是当下石油和天然气运输的重要方式,同时也是氢气等新能源的主要运输方式。管道的腐蚀缺陷是导致管道泄漏事故的重要原因,对埋地管道造成的破坏可能导致长期运行中断。首先对腐蚀管道力学响应的主要影响因素进行了概述;其次介绍了腐蚀缺陷管道的可靠性研究现状,对管道腐蚀力学电化学效应的有限元模型进行了进一步的模拟;最后对地震状态下腐蚀管道的动力响应进行了总结和讨论。Pipeline transportation is an important way of transportation of oil and natural gas. At the same time, it is also the main mode of transportation for new energy such as hydrogen.In recent years, engineering examples show that corrosion defects of pipelines are important causes of accidents in many accidents, and the damage to buried pipelines may lead to long-term operation interruption.Firstly, several influencing factors of mechanical response of corroded pipeline were summarized. Secondly, the reliability research status of corrosion defect pipeline was introduced, and the finite element model of electrochemical effect of pipeline corrosion mechanics was further simulated. The dynamic response of corroded pipelines under earthquake was summarized and discussed.
