摘  要:某炼厂220万t·a^(-1)蜡油加氢裂化装置氢气消耗量频繁波动持续达两年之久,致使全厂氢气管网压力频繁波动,与此同时,耗氢量波动对蜡油加氢裂化装置自身长周期平稳运行造成严重威胁。经长期跟踪研究发现,影响220万t·a^(-1)蜡油加氢裂化装置氢气消耗量波动的本质原因是220万t·a^(-1)重整PSA装置生产的氢气纯度偏低且不稳定。经对氢气纯度和稳定性进行及时优化后,蜡油加氢裂化装置耗氢量恢复稳定,管网氢气纯度和压力也随之恢复稳定,该装置很多运行参数得到了较大的改善,特别是装置核心设备长周期平稳运行得到了有力保障。The hydrogen consumption of a 2.2 Mt·a^(-1)wax oil hydrocracking unit in a refinery fluctuated frequently for two years. As a result, the hydrogen pipe network pressure of the whole plant fluctuated frequently. Meanwhile, the fluctuation of hydrogen consumption posed a serious threat to the long-term smooth operation of the wax oil hydrocracking unit. A long-term follow-up study found that the essential reason affecting the fluctuation of hydrogen consumption in 2.2 Mt·a^(-1)wax oil hydrocracking unit was the low purity and instability of hydrogen produced by 2.2 Mt·a^(-1)reforming PSA unit. After the company’s timely optimization of the purity and stability of the hydrogen, the hydrogen consumption of the wax oil hydrocracking unit became stable, and the hydrogen purity and pressure of the pipe network were also stable. Many operating parameters of the unit have been greatly improved, especially the long-term stable operation of the core equipment of the unit has been strongly guaranteed.
