摘  要:采用分步还原工艺,以黄钨、蓝钨、紫钨为原料分别制备了钨粉,系统研究了原料类型对钨粉性能及压坯强度的影响。结果表明:相同工艺条件下,紫钨制备的钨粉粒度最细,蓝钨制备的钨粉粒度最粗,黄钨制备的钨粉粒度介于两者之间,分别为2.92、3.60、3.06μm;紫钨制备的钨粉呈多面体等轴状,蓝钨制备的钨粉形貌复杂多样,二者粒度分布宽(径距均为2.19),而黄钨制备的钨粉多呈不规则形状且其粒度分布窄(径距为1.65);蓝钨制备的钨粉压坯强度最高(5.4 MPa),紫钨制备的钨粉压坯强度居中(4.8 MPa),黄钨制备的钨粉压坯强度最低(4.4 MPa)。复杂的钨粉形貌及宽的粒度分布有利于钨粉压坯强度的提高。Tungsten powder was prepared from yellow tungsten oxide,blue tungsten oxide and purple tungsten oxide by fractional reduction.The effects of raw material types on the properties of tungsten powder and the green compact strength were systematically studied.The results show that under the same technological conditions,the tungsten powder prepared from purple tungsten oxide is the finest;the tungsten powder prepared from blue tungsten oxide is the coarsest;the tungsten powder prepared from yellow tungsten oxide is between the above two.Their particle sizes are 2.92μm,3.60μm and 3.06μm,respectively.The morphology of tungsten powder prepared from purple tungsten oxide is polyhedral and equiaxed while that of tungsten powder prepared from blue tungsten oxide is complex and diverse,and the particle size distribution of these two kinds of tungsten powder is wide(the diameter distance is 2.19).However,the tungsten powder prepared from yellow tungsten oxide has an irregular shape and a narrow particle size distribution(the diameter distance is 1.65).In addition,the green compact strength of tungsten powder prepared from blue tungsten oxide is the highest(5.4 MPa);that of tungsten powder prepared from purple tungsten oxide is the second(4.8 MPa);that of tungsten powder prepared from yellow tungsten oxide is the lowest(4.4 MPa).Therefore,the complex morphology of tungsten powder and wide particle size distribution are beneficial to the improvement of the green compact strength of tungsten powder.
