摘　　要：2021年5月,美国胃肠病协会(American Gastroenterological Association,AGA)发布了《AGA 2021年更新版指南:SARS-CoV2检测与疫苗接种后内镜检查》。本文在介绍该指南概述及指南制定方法的基础上,主要从指南推荐意见中的个人防护与症状筛查、疫苗接种与医患安全、SARS-CoV2检测与内镜检查、SARS-CoV2检测方法的选择等方面进行解读,以期帮助我国内镜护理工作人员更好地理解并参考借鉴该指南。In May 2021,the American Gastroenterological Association(AGA)issued the AGA Rapid Review and Guideline for SARS-CoV2 Testing and Endoscopy Post-Vaccination:2021 Update.On the basis of guideline overview and guideline development methods,this article mainly interprets the guideline in terms of personal protection and symptom screening,vaccination and physician-patient safety,SARS-CoV2 testing and endoscopy,and SARS-CoV2 test method selection in the guideline recommendations,aiming to help endoscopy nurses in China better understand and refer to this guideline.
