摘  要:在精馏塔操作中,常常通过控制灵敏板温度来保证塔顶/底产品质量合格。利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,分别在稳态和进料组成、回流量、再沸器负荷等参数改变的情况下对邻二甲苯精馏塔进行模拟,通过分析各塔板与稳态工况下的温度变化,确定邻二甲苯精馏塔的灵敏板为第29块理论板。将回流与灵敏板对应的第39块塔板温度串级控制后邻二甲苯精馏塔运行稳定,产品质量得到有效控制,说明用Aspen Plus确定的灵敏板位置是准确可靠的。During the operation of distillation column,the quality of products at the top and bottom of the tower is guaranteed by controlling the temperature of sensitive plate.Aspen Plus was used to simulate o-xylene distillation column under steady-state and the conditions of changing parameters such as feed composition,return flow and reboiler heat duty.By analyzing the temperature change of each tray compared with the steady-state condition,it is determined that the sensitive plate of o-xylene distillation column is the 29th theoretical plate.After cascade control of reflux and the temperature of the 39th plate corresponding to the sensitive plate,the o-xylene distillation column run stably,and the product quality is effectively controlled.It shows that the position of sensitive plate determined by Aspen Plus is accurate and reliable.
