摘 要:分析了胺液脱碳工艺中存在的主要问题,介绍了胺液净化技术的工作原理、工艺特点以及在合成气制氢装置上的应用情况。采用胺液在线净化技术后,胺液中热稳态盐质量分数低于控制指标,并消除了胺液中的发泡因子,胺液的相关性能指标得到了明显改善,脱碳效率明显提高,达到了减轻腐蚀、降低胺液损耗、提高净化度的目的,为装置的长期、安全、平稳运行提供了保障。The main problems existing in the decarburization process of amine liquid are analyzed.The working principle,process characteristics and application of the amine liquid purification technology in the synthesis gas hydrogen production unit are presented.After adopting the on-line purification technology of amine liquid,the mass fraction of thermal steady-state salt in the amine liquid is lower than the control index,the foaming factor in the amine liquid is eliminated,the relevant performance indicators of the amine solution have been significantly improved,and the decarburization efficiency has been significantly increased.The purpose of reducing corrosion,reducing amine liquid loss and improving purification degree is achieved,which provides a guarantee for the long-term,safe and stable operation of the unit.
