摘  要:对用于常减压瓦斯气回收的湿式螺杆压缩机不能正常运行的原因进行分析,主要是重组分体积分数、入口温度偏离设计工况,造成介质中的重组分不能完全挥发,润滑油被稀释。根据实际工况,采取了提高入口温度、降低重组分体积分数、更换合成润滑油等措施,使得压缩机可以正常投入运行。The reasons for the abnormal operation of the wet screw compressor using for recovery of the overhead fuel gas from the atmospheric and vacuum unit are analyzed.Results show that the main reason is that the heavy component content and inlet temperature deviate from the design working conditions,causing the heavy components in the medium cannot volatilize completely,and the lubricating oil is diluted.According to the actual working conditions,measures such as increasing inlet temperature,reducing the content of heavy components,and replacing synthetic lubricating oil have been adopted to make the compressor successfully put into production.
