摘  要:中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司合成树脂部1号高压聚乙烯两条生产线的6台釜底阀在日常运行过程中因动作频繁而需经常拆下进行必要的研磨检修,使得阀门的控制精度逐渐下降。为适应苛刻的工艺条件,保障该类阀门能持续有效地正常运行,提出隐患治理及改进措施,主要包括阀门内部阀杆改进、电磁阀隐患更换及气源管改进等。The 6 bottom valves in#1 HDPE production line in Polyester Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.need to be dismantled frequently for necessary grinding and maintenance due to frequent movements in the daily operation,which makes the control accuracy of the valve gradually decrease.In order to adapt to the harsh process conditions and ensure the continuous and effective normal operation of this type of valve,the hidden danger control and improvement measures are proposed,including the improvement of internal valve stem of the main valves,the replacement of the hidden danger of the solenoid valve,and the improvement of air source pipe,etc.
