摘　　要：癌症造成的疾病负担不断增加,已经成为困扰全球的重大公共卫生问题。饮食和可改变的生活方式在预防癌症上具有重要作用。氧化平衡评分通过考虑饮食和生活方式对个体氧化应激水平的影响,衡量个体氧化平衡水平。目前已有多项研究探讨氧化平衡评分与癌症发生及预后的关系,此文就两者之间的关系予以综述。The increasing disease burden caused by cancer has become a major global public health problem.Studies have shown that diet and lifestyle changes may play an important role in cancer prevention.Oxidative balance score(OBS) is a composite measure of an individual′s oxidative balance by integrating both antioxidant and pro-oxidant components of dietary and lifestyle factors.At present, a number of studies have investigated the relationship between oxidative balance score and cancer occurrence and prognosis.This article reviews the relationship between the two.
