摘  要:以间位芳纶短切纤维和沉析纤维为原料制备了一种中密度芳纶纸板,研究了短切纤维长度、单层浆层定量、纸坯水分含量对芳纶纸板性能的影响,并测试了芳纶纸板的常规性能、相容性和加工性能。结果表明:当短切纤维长度为7 mm、单层浆层定量为64 g/m~2和纸坯水分含量为63%时,芳纶纸板具备优异的电气性能与力学性能,与硅油和合成酯油具有良好的相容性,且具备良好的加工性能,满足牵引变压器和海上风电油浸式变压器的应用要求。A medium-density aramid pressboard was prepared by using meta-aramid chopped fiber and precipitated fiber as raw materials, the effects of chopped fiber length, grammage of single pulp layer, and moisture content of paper billet on the properties of the aramid pressboard were studied. The conventional properties,compatibility, and processing performance of the aramid pressboard were studied. The results show that when the chopped fiber length is 7 mm, the grammage of single pulp layer is 64 g/m~2, and the moisture content of paper billet is 63%, the aramid pressboard has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, good compatibility with synthetic ester transformer oil and silicone transformer oil, and good processing performance, which meets the application requirements of traction transformer and offshore wind power oil-immersed transformer.
