摘 要:分别采取干法灰化和湿法消解对4种中草药(木香、防风、白蔻、白芷)进行了前处理,并利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了这4种中草药中微量元素Zn、Cu、Mn、Cd的含量。结果表明,这4种中草药微量元素的含量略有差别,Cu的含量:木香>白芷>白蔻>防风;Zn的含量:白蔻>防风>木香>白芷;Mn的含量:白蔻>白芷>木香>防风;Cd的含量:防风>白芷>白蔻>木香。干法灰化的回收率在83.11%~114.32%之间,湿法消解回收率在91.92%~104.26%之间,结果满意。本研究为探讨微量元素的含量、种类与中草药发挥药效的关系提供了实验依据。Four Chinese herbal medicines including Costustoot, Radix sileris, White chloe, and Angelicae were pretreated by dry ashing and wet digestion, and the contents of trace elements Zn, Cu, Mn and Cd in these four Chinese herbal medicines were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). The results demonstrated that contents of trace elements are slightly different in these four Chinese herbal medicines. Specifically,the contents of Cu ranks as follows: Costustoot >Angelicae >White chloe >Radix sileris;the contents of Zn: White chloe>Radix sileris>Costustoot>Angelicae;the contents of Mn: White chloe>Angelicae>Costustoot>Radix sileris;the contents of Cd: Radix sileris>Angelicae>White chloe>Costustoot. The recoveries of dry ashing are between 83.11%~114.32% and wet digestion are between 91.92%~104.26%. This study provided experimental basis for the relationship between the contents and types of trace elements with the medical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine.
