摘 要:在油井注水开发后期,由于储层中优势水流通道的形成,大量注入水无效产出,导致井下各层不能实现均衡均用,水驱采油效果极差。本文开展了室内驱油效果实验,对比证实了分层压力控制注水技术的有效性,实验结果表明,采用高渗层控制压力-低渗层升高压力的开发方式驱油效果最好,明显优于笼统注水和控压注水,现场应用结果表明,分层压力控制注水方式能够有效改善水驱开发效果,现场2个试验井组的油井产油量稳步提升(日均产油由1.43t·d^(-1)提升至1.72t·d^(-1))、平均含水率逐渐降低(由94.6%下降至93.3%)。分层压力控制注水方式能够在地质配注的基础上更大程度地缓解层间矛盾及调整吸水剖面、最终实现提高注水利用率及提高储层纵向动用程度。In the late stage of water injection development of oil wells, due to the formation of dominant water flow channels in the reservoir, a large amount of injected water is ineffectively produced, resulting in the inability to achieve balanced use of all layers in the well, and the effect of water flooding is extremely poor. In this paper, an indoor oil displacement effect experiment was carried out, and the effectiveness of the layered pressure-controlled water injection technology was confirmed by comparison. The experimental results showed that the development method of controlling the pressure in the high-permeability layer and increasing the pressure in the low-permeabili-ty layer had the best oil displacement effect, which was obviously better than General water injection and controlled pressure water injection, the field application results show that the layered pressure control water injection method can effectively improve the development effect of water flooding, and the oil production of the two test well groups in the field has steadily increased(the average daily oil from 1.43t·d^(-1)to 1.72t·d^(-1)), and the average moisture content gradually decreased(from 94.6% to 93.3%). The layered pressure control water injection method can alleviate the contradiction between layers to a greater extent and adjust the water absorption profile on the basis of geological allocation and injection, and finally achieve the improvement of the water injection utilization rate and the vertical production degree of the reservoir.
