摘  要:为解决渤海油田JZ9-3油田注入井堵塞问题,利用布氏黏度计、X射线衍射仪、超声波分散仪等对JZ9-3油田注入井堵塞物进行组分分析,并针对实验结果进行相应的形成机理研究。结果表明,堵塞物中主要成分为87.77%的水,3.83%的原油,2.76%的聚合物和5.64%的无机垢。无机垢中主要包括SiO_(2)、CaCO_(3)和MgCO_(3)。结合JZ9-3油田注入井注入聚合物和注入水的水质情况,有机堵塞物主要是高浓度聚合物溶液,分析其来源主要是由于海上平台空间较小,熟化时间较短,导致未熟化的聚合物在筛管和岩心端面堆积所致;无机垢中的SiO_(2)主要来源是由于注入压力波动时地层出砂所致;当温度压力变化时会导致注入水中的成垢离子的溶度积发生变化,从而产生CaCO_(3)和MgCO_(3)等沉淀。另外注水过程中,存在一定的金属腐蚀,从而形成少量的Fe_(2)O_(3)垢。In order to solve the problem of plug removal in injection wells of JZ9-3 Oilfield in Bohai Oilfield,the composition of plug in injection wells of JZ9-3 oilfield is analyzed by using Brinell viscometer,X-ray diffractometer and ultrasonic disperser,and the corresponding formation mechanism is studied according to the experimental results.The results showed that the main components of the plug are 87.77%water,3.83%crude oil,2.76%polymer and 5.64%inorganic scale.Inorganic scale mainly includes SiO_(2),CaCO_(3) and MgCO_(3).Combined with the injection of polymer and injection water quality in the injection well of JZ9-3 Oilfield,the organic blockage is mainly high concentration polymer solution.It is analyzed that it is mainly caused by the accumulation of immature polymer on the screen tube and core end face due to the small space of offshore platform and short maturation time;SiO_(2) in inorganic scale is mainly caused by formation sand production when injection pressure fluctuates;When the temperature and pressure change,the solubility product of scaling ions in the injected water will change,so as to produce precipitates such as CaCO_(3) and MgCO_(3).In addition,there is certain metal corrosion during water injection,resulting in a small amount of Fe_(2)O_(3) scale.
