摘　　要：本实验以双酚A型环氧树脂为基体树脂,双氰胺为固化剂,咪唑为固化促进剂,BN(氮化硼)和A1_(2)O_(3)为填料,再添加适量的其他助剂,制备单组份环保型环氧树脂胶黏剂。通过对粘接强度,热性能、储能模量、玻璃化转变温度的测试,研究了基体树脂、填料、固化剂用量等因素对环氧树脂胶黏剂性能的影响,制备了单组份环保型环氧树脂胶黏剂。One component environment-friendly epoxy resin adhesive was prepared by using bisphenol A epoxy resin as matrix resin, dicyandiamide as curing agent, imidazole as curing accelerator, BN and A1_(2)O_(3) as filler, and adding an appropriate amount of other additives. By testing the bonding strength, thermal properties, storage modulus and glass transition temperature, the effects of the amount of matrix resin, filler and curing agent on the properties of epoxy resin adhesive were studied, and a one-component environmental friendly epoxy resin adhesive was prepared.
