摘  要:采用电化学测试技术和表面分析技术,研究了无菌体系以及铁细菌(FB)下聚驱采出体系管线钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,无菌体系下碳钢表面腐蚀程度较弱。随浸泡时间的增加,其腐蚀速率前期迅速增大,随后腐蚀速率降低,浸泡后期腐蚀速率缓慢增大。随浸泡时间的增加,FB体系下碳钢表面发生了局部腐蚀,碳钢的腐蚀速率呈增大、减小和增大的趋势。微生物在碳钢表面形成的生物膜抑制了碳钢电化学的阴极反应,促进了电化学的阳极反应。The corrosion behavior of pipeline steel in polymer flooding extraction system under aseptic system and iron bacteria(FB)was studied by electrochemical testing technology and surface analysis technology. The results showed that the corrosion degree of carbon steel surface under aseptic system is weak.With the increase of immersing time, the corrosion rate increases rapidly in the early stage, then decreases, and the corrosion rate increases slowly in the later stage of immersion. Local corrosion occurred on the surface of carbon steel under FB bacteria system.With the increase of immersing time, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel increased, decreased and increased. The biofilm formed by microorganisms on the surface of carbon steel inhibits the electrochemical cathodic reaction of carbon steel and promotes the electrochemical anodic reaction.
