摘 要:静轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接技术是在传统搅拌摩擦焊的基础上研究的一种新型焊接技术,它不仅继承了传统搅拌摩擦焊接的优点,并能有效解决传统搅拌摩擦焊存在的沿板厚方向温度梯度大、易产生飞边等问题。本文综述了静轴肩搅拌工具、铝合金与镁合金的同种及异种材料和其他材料的静轴肩搅拌摩擦焊研究现状。Stationary shoulder friction stir welding technology(SSFSW) is a new welding technology based on the research of traditional friction stir welding(FSW).It not only inherits the advantages of traditional friction stir welding,but also can effectively solve the problems of FSW,such as temperature gradient along the thickness direction and flange defects.The research status of stationary shoulder friction stir tools,SSFSW process of aluminum alloys,magnesium alloy between homogeneous and dissimilar materials and other materials were reviewed.
