摘 要:结合圆柱形金属橡胶制件的压制试验,探讨压制过程金属橡胶毛坯与模具之间作用力的变化规律,以及对其密度分布和弹性恢复值的影响。结果表明:压制力在较大的范围内随相对密度增大以指数形式增大,且很大一部分消耗于模具内壁和压坯表面间的接触摩擦。接触摩擦造成了金属橡胶的不均匀密度分布,是金属橡胶制件性能不稳定的主要原因。对于承载面积过大和长度过长的金属橡胶制件,可采用多个金属橡胶制件并联或串联的工艺。Combined with the pressing test of cylindrical metal rubber components,the variation law of the force between the metal rubber blank and the die during the pressing process,as well as the influence on its density distribution and elastic recovery value were discussed.The results show that the pressure increases exponentially with the increase of relative density in a wide range,and a large part of it is consumed by the contact friction between the die inner wall and the blank surface.The uneven density distribution of metal rubber is caused by contact friction,which is the main reason for the instability of metal rubber components.For metal rubber components with large bearing area and long length,multiple metal rubber components in parallel or series can be used.
