摘 要:分析了Inconel 690合金焊材FM152、FM52M和FM 52焊态及热处理态熔敷金属的组织、硬度,并采用横向可调拘束实验分析了熔敷金属的热裂倾向。结果表明,FM 152熔敷金属的析出物数量最多、体积最大,FM 52M熔敷金属的析出物数量最少、体积最小,硬度较低,基本不受热处理的影响,组织的热稳定性良好;当横向可调拘束实验的拘束应变为4%时,未出现裂纹,应变容限高于4%,热裂倾向低。FM152、FM52熔敷金属的硬度较高,且受热处理的影响较大,当拘束应变为4%时,均出现裂纹,其应变容限低于4%,热裂倾向较大。The microstructure and hardness of deposited metal of welding material FM 152,FM 52M and FM 52 for Inconel 690 in welded and heat treated states were analyzed,and the hot cracking tendency of deposited metals was tested by using transverse varestraint test.The results show that FM 152 deposited metal has the largest amount and volume of precipitates,while FM 52M deposited metal has the least amount and volume,and the hardness is lower,and basically not affected by heat treatment,the thermal stability of the microstructure is good.When the constraint strain of the transverse varestraint test is 4%,no crack appears,the strain tolerance of FM52M deposited metal is higher than 4%,the hot cracking sensitivity is low.While the hardness of FM 152 and FM 52 deposited metals is relatively higher,and it is greatly affected by heat treatment;when constraint strain is 4%,the cracks appear,and the strain tolerance is lower than 4%,and the hot cracking tendency is relative higher.
