摘  要:通过光学数字显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)技术对双辊薄带连铸样品表面纵向裂纹形成原因进行了分析。结果显示,表面纵向裂纹是凝固过程中沿晶界形成的高温热裂纹。表面大裂纹两侧壁及小裂纹内均含有树枝晶状FeO夹杂。分析认为,在轧制拉应力的作用下,存在于晶粒边界处的低于低碳钢熔点的液态FeO将会减弱晶粒之间的连结,在外部拉应力作用下成为裂纹源,是纵向热裂纹的诱因之一。The formation causes of longitudinal cracks on the surface of double-roll thin strip continuous casting samples were analyzed by optical digital microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy spectrum(EDS) technology.The results show that the surface longitudinal cracks are high-temperature thermal cracks formed along the grain boundary during the solidification process.There are dendritic FeO inclusions on two walls of the large surface cracks and the small cracks.The analysis believes that under the action of rolling tensile stress,the liquid FeO that exists at the grain boundary below the melting point of the low carbon steel will weaken the connection between the grains and become the source of cracks under the action of external tensile stress,which is one of the causes of the longitudinal direction thermal cracking.
