摘  要:研究了制备工艺参数对铝矾土水基浆料流变性能的影响,分析浆料的挤出性能,探讨采用陶瓷浆料分层堆积的工艺制备精铸型壳的可行性。结果表明:球磨时间超过8 h后,浆料粘度趋于稳定;浆料中固相体积分数为38%和分散剂含量为0.4%时,铝矾土可以在液相中分散均匀,浆料粘度合适;通过pH值调整浆料的粘度从而使其适合挤出工艺的要求,确定了具有良好挤出性能的铝矾土浆料。其能够进行精铸型壳材料试样和测试件的挤出堆积成型。The effect of preparation process parameters on the rheological properties of bauxite water-based slurry was studied.The extrusion properties of the slurry were analyzed.The feasibility of preparing casting shell with ceramic slurry layering was discussed.The results show that the viscosity of the slurry tends to be stable after milling for more than 8 h.When the solid volume fraction of the slurry is 38% and the dispersant content is 0.4%,the bauxite can be evenly dispersed in the liquid phase,and the viscosity of the slurry is appropriate.The viscosity of the slurry can be adjusted by pH value to meet the requirements of extrusion process,the bauxite slurry with good extrusion performance was determined.It can be used for extrusion forming of the sample and the test piece of the precision cast shell material.
