摘  要:对4Cr5MoSiV1模具钢进行了不同锻造及热处理试验,采用显微组织观察、硬度测试、冲击试验、冲击断口观察等研究了不同锻造及热处理工艺对4Cr5MoSiV1模具钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:经1250℃高温均匀化处理的4Cr5MoSiV1钢,锻造后进行1100℃×2 h高温保温处理,再进行850℃×2 h+730℃×2 h的等温球化退火,其组织为细小等轴铁素体,球状碳化物大小圆整、分布均匀,无明显的二次碳化物,其硬度为210.3 HB,冲击吸收能量为29.5 J,综合性能最佳。Different forging and heat treatment tests of 4Cr5MoSiV1 die steel were carried out.The effects of different forging and heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1 die steel were studied by means of microstructure observation,hardness test,impact test and impact fracture observation.The results show that when the4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is subjected to 1250 ℃ high temperature homogenization treatment,after forging,it is subjected to 1100 ℃×2h high temperature heat preservation treatment,and then is subjected to 850 ℃×2 h+730 ℃×2 h isothermal spheroidizing annealing,the structure is small equiaxed ferrite,and spherical carbides are round in size and uniformly distributed,without obvious secondary carbides.Its hardness is 210.3 HB,the impact absorption energy is 29.5 J,and its overall performance is the best.
