摘  要:将管材分流挤压和转角挤压相结合建立镁合金管转角焊合室分流挤压模型。利用转角剪切增大焊合金属变形量。采用有限元法研究转角角度对焊合室内焊合金属温度、等效应变和静水压力的影响规律。结果表明:在转角100°~120°范围内,随着转角的增大,焊合金属的应变增大,焊合室内的压力也逐渐增加,从而有助于提高焊合质量;经过转角变形焊合的金属温度升高,并在转角增大时,焊合室内的温度无明显变化。The model of porthole extrusion in corner welding chamber of magnesium alloy pipe was established by combining shunt extrusion and corner extrusion.The deformation of welded metal was increased by corner shear.The influence of angle on the temperature,effective strain and hydrostatic pressure of weld metal in weld chamber was studied by using finite element method.The results show that within 100°-120° corner,with the increase of the angle,the strain of the welding metal increases and the pressure in the welding chamber increases gradually,which helps to improve the welding quality.The temperature of the metal welded by angle deformation increases,and the temperature in the welding chamber does not change obviously when the angle increases.
