汽车用SAPH440热轧酸洗钢板组织和性能的研究

摘　　要：介绍了SAPH440热轧酸洗钢板的化学成分、热轧工艺,分析其微观组织、力学性能、成形性能和表面质量。结果显示,其微观组织为铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度11.7~12.0级;拉伸性能通卷稳定性良好,各方向差异性较小,塑性应变比为0.83~0.94,应变硬化指数为0.17~0.19;翻边成形能力良好,扩孔率达到77.3%~93.6%;表面粗糙度数值1.35~1.82μm,冷弯性能及表面质量良好。The chemical composition and hot rolling process of hot-rolled pickled sheet SAPH440 were introduced.The microstructure,mechanical properties,formability and surface quality were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite,and the grain size is 11.7-12.0 level.The tensile properties have good stability in all coils,and the difference in each direction is small.The plastic strain ratio is between 0.83-0.94,and the strain hardening exponent is between 0.17-0.19.The flanging forming ability is good,and the hole expanding rate is 77.3%-93.6%.The surface roughness is 1.35-1.82 μm.The steel has a high cold bending property and surface quality.
