摘 要:进行了不同送丝速度、焊接速度、M弧电流下的双丝三弧焊试验,分析了不同工艺参数对双丝三弧焊成形质量的影响并确定了最优参数组合。用抛物线、余弦曲线、圆弧曲线三种曲线对双丝三弧焊单焊道截面轮廓进行拟合,结果表明抛物线效果最好。分析了单层多道焊的传统搭接模型,针对双丝三弧焊的成形特点改进了现有的搭接模型,并推导出理想的搭接间距为0.689倍熔宽。为证明改进搭接模型的优势,采用不同搭接间距进行了焊接试验。通过搭接焊缝截面形貌对比分析表明,改进的模型更加符合双丝三弧多道搭接焊。Tri-arc doulbe-electrode welding tests with different feeding speed,welding speed and M arc current were carried out.The influence of different process parameters on forming quality of tri-arc doulbe-electrode weld was analyzed and the optimal combination of parameters was determined.The cross section profile of tri-arc doulbe-electrode single pass weld was fitted by three kinds of curves:parabola curve,cosine curve and arc curve,the results show that the parabola curve is the best.The traditional lap models of single-layer multi-pass welding were analyzed,and the existing lap model was improved according to the forming characteristics of tri-arc doulbe-electrode welding,and the deduced ideal lap spacing is0.689 time of the melt width.In order to improve the advantage of the improved lap model,the welding test was carried out with different lap spacing.The comparison and analysis of the cross-section morphology of lap weld shows that the improved model is more suitable for tri-arc double-electrode welding.
