摘  要:以15CrMo钢的焊接修复为例,研究焊接速度、焊材规格、堆焊道次和层数对堆焊接头硬度和显微组织的影响,获得了最佳的同种钢堆焊的工艺参数。采用该工艺参数进行V型坡口免焊后热处理焊接试验,并对焊接修复区的力学性能进行了验证。结果表明15CrMo钢同种材料免焊后热处理焊接修复工艺为:先使用φ2.5 mm的TIG-R30焊丝进行氩弧焊打底,再使用φ3.2 mm的R307焊条进行手工电弧焊,焊接速度为150 mm/min,同时在焊接过程中采用去半道焊和气锤去应力处理。所得到的焊接修复区硬度甚至优于传统焊后热处理修复工艺的,能满足工程上对焊接热影响区和焊缝区硬度不高于母材硬度100HV、冲击功大于40J的要求。Taking the welding repair of 15CrMo steel as an example,the effects of welding speed,welding material specifications,surfacing pass and layer on the hardness and microstructure of the welded joint was studied,and the optimal parameters of the same material surfacing were obtained.By using the process parameters,the welding test of V groove with free heat treatment was carried out,and the mechanical properties of the welding repair area were verified.The results show that the welding repair process without post-weld heat treatment of 15CrMo steel using the same material is that:firstly use a TIG-R30 welding wire with a diameter of 2.5mm for argon arc welding,then use R307 electrode with a diameter of 3.2mm and welding speed of 150 mm/min for manual arc welding,and remove half-pass welding and air hammer stress-relief treatment during welding.The hardness of the welding repair zone is even better than that of the traditional post-weld heat treatment repair process,which can meet the engineering requirements that the hardness of the welding heat affected zone and the weld zone is not 100HV higher than that of the base metal and the impact energy bigger than 40 J.
