摘　　要：目的 :总结缺血性心脏病患者心脏康复依从性管理的相关证据。方法 :系统检索国内外数据库中缺血性心脏病患者心脏康复依从性管理的相关文献,根据相关文献评价标准进行评价并提取证据。结果 :共纳入21篇文献,包括指南2篇,系统评价14篇,临床决策3篇,随机对照试验2篇,从总体方针、院内管理、院外管理、运动训练管理和特殊人群管理5个方面共提取出22条最佳证据。结论 :可进一步基于知识转化理论,将证据转化为缺血性心脏病患者心脏康复依从性管理方案,提高心脏康复参与率、依从性、完成率,最终改善患者临床症状与预后、提高生活质量。Objective:To evaluate and summarize the evidence related to Cardiac Rehabilitation(CR)compliance management in patients with Ischemic Heart Disease(IHD).Methods:The literature related to the compliance management of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with IHD were systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases.Results:A total of 21 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,14 systematic reviews,3 clinical decisions,and 2 randomized controlled trials.A total of 22 best evidences were extracted from 5 aspects:overall policy,in-hospital management,outhospital management,sports training and special population management.Conclusion:Further,based on the theory of knowledge transformation,local modification can be carried out in the process of evidence transformation and targeted selection of evidence can be used to formulate the CR compliance management plan of IHD patients in accordance with CR stage and individual situation,and improve CR participation rate,compliance rate and completion rate of patients.Ultimately improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,and improve the quality of life.
