摘　　要：大型公共建筑占地面积大,基础间距一般较大,当地基土质或施工质量存在差异时,结构易出现局部不均匀沉降,会导致墙面、地面开裂等损伤,严重的不均匀沉降变形会影响整体结构的安全性。本文针对某大型公共建筑沉降问题,在对沉降监测数据分析、外观裂缝检测和结构验算分析的基础上,分析研究了沉降状况及对结构安全影响,得出了有效的结论。为大型公共建筑地基沉降问题的鉴定和使用维护管理提供重要的方法。Large public buildings cover a large area and the foundation spacing is generally large.When there are differences in foundation soil or construction quality,the structure is prone to local uneven settlement,which will lead to wall and ground cracking,and serious uneven settlement deformation will affect the safety of the overall structure.Aiming at the settlement problem of a large public building,based on the analysis of settlement monitoring data,appearance crack detection and structural checking calculation,the settlement status and its impact on structural safety are analyzed and studied and useful conclusions are drawn in this paper.It provides an important method for the identification,use,maintenance and management of foundation settlement of large public buildings.
