摘　　要：汉坦病毒在我国主要导致肾综合征出血热,以高感染率、高病死率严重危害公共健康。由于灭活疫苗存在免疫效力欠佳和免疫靶标脱失等问题,近期研究方向主要聚焦蛋白的免疫反应性表位。表位是抗原分子的主要功能单位,可有效刺激机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫。随着免疫学和生物信息学技术的发展,研究具有免疫反应性抗原表位的技术不断完善。本文总结了近年来关于汉滩病毒糖蛋白表位的研究,从方法和应用2个方面进展进行简要综述,并总结当前表位研究所存在的问题,为肾综合征出血热的预防和治疗提供指导。Hantavirus mainly causes hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in China, with high infection rate and high mortality seriously endangering public health. Due to the problems of poor immune efficacy and immune targeting of inactivated vaccines,some recent studies have aimed to explore the immunoreactive epitopes on their glycoproteins. Epitopes are the main functional units in antigen molecules and can effectively stimulate cellular and humoral immunity. With the development of immunology and bioinformatics techniques, the methods for studying epitopes with immunoreactivity are expanding. This review summarizes the recent research on glycoprotein epitopes of Hantaan virus from the aspects methods and applications. The existing problems of current epitope research are summarized to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of HFRS.
