摘　　要：肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, HFRS)是由汉坦病毒引起的一种自然疫源性疾病,病程变化快,病情复杂且并发症多,但合并肾积水及膀胱凝块的报道罕见。本文报道1例20岁青年男性危重型HFRS因巨大膜状物并发肾积水及膀胱凝块病例,经综合治疗后肾功能恢复,同时总结该类疾病及相关并发症的诊疗经验。Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) is a natural focus disease caused by Hantavirus. The course of the disease changes rapidly and the condition is complicated with various complications. However, reports of complication with hydronephrosis and bladder clot are rare. This article reports a case of 20-year-old male with critical HFRS complicated by hydronephrosis and bladder clot due to huge membranes, whose renal function recovered after comprehensive treatment. Meanwhile, the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of this disease and related complications were summarized.
