摘 要:某商业综合体位于北京市大兴区新城核心区,由商业裙房、酒店、办公楼及整体地下车库组成。以该商业综合体为基础介绍了项目各单体的结构方案比选,上部结构的设计特点与难点,地基差异沉降控制等。采用抗震性能化设计,通过一系列抗震加强措施,如设置防屈曲支撑、局部中震不屈服复核、用高强钢棒来悬吊钢平台,同时考虑防连续倒塌等,设计取得了良好的安全、经济、建筑及使用效果。A complex commercial building is located in the core area of Xincheng, Daxing District, Beijing.It is composed of commercial podium, hotel, office building and overall underground garage. The comparison and selection of structural schemes of each monomer of the project, the design characteristics and difficulties of the superstructure, and the control of differential settlement of foundation are introduced. The seismic performancebased design is adopted. Through a series of seismic strengthening measures, such as setting anti buckling support,local medium earthquake non yield review, using high-strength steel bar to suspend the steel platform, and considering the prevention of continuous collapse, the design has achieved good safety, economy, construction and use effects.
