摘 要:为了解决电梯基坑施工时因渗水导致施工困难和降水井封堵后造成大量涌水问题,以万兴小区项目为例,通过项目施工实践,研究了电梯基坑井点降水及降水井封堵施工技术,研究表明,该类工程采用挖机在电梯井内开挖降水井,并对降水井采用气囊+注浆+法兰片的封堵施工技术,能够有效保障电梯基坑施工环境和解决降水井封堵后涌水这一痛点,同时还能节约施工成本和工期,并且该施工工艺简单。该技术可以在类似工程中推广和借鉴。In order to solve the elevator foundation pit construction difficulties caused by water seepage and precipitation well plugging caused a lot of water gushing, xing village project as an example, for example, through the project construction practice, studied the elevator foundation pit point precipitation and precipitation well plugging construction technology, research shows that the project using excavator in the elevator shaft excavation,and using airbag + grouting + flange plugging construction technology, can effectively guarantee the construction environment of elevator foundation pit and solve the pain point, but also can save construction cost and construction period, and the construction process is simple.
