板销对园林铺装混凝土底板防裂控制的效果影响及其作用机制

摘  要:为最大限度减少和控制园林铺装地面的裂缝大小和数量,在铺装混凝土底板伸缩缝处使用钢销结构。提出了基于弹性地基梁计算方法的板销连接承载力计算公式,填补现有规范空白,优化传统圆销连接方式。经对比分析了3种类型的钢销:传统圆形钢销、设计长方形板销和设计方形板销用于伸缩缝的作用影响。结果表明,与传统的圆形钢销相比,板销能更有效地利用材料,且更经济有效。方形板销是钢销的最佳形状。In order to minimize and control the crack size and quantity of garden pavement ground, steel pin structure is used at the expansion joint of paved concrete floor. In this paper, a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of plate pin connection based on the calculation method of beam on elastic foundation is proposed, which fills the gap of existing codes and optimizes the traditional round pin connection. Three types of steel pins are compared and analyzed: traditional circular steel pin, designed rectangular plate pin and designed square plate pin.The results show that compared with the traditional circular steel pin, the plate pin can make more effective use of materials and is more economical and effective. Square plate pin is the best shape of steel pin.
