摘　　要：目前铁路建设项目非结构化数据分散地存储在各业务系统中,尚未实现铁路建设信息共享与协作。铁路建设内容管理系统以电子文档全过程、标准化管理为指导思想,从配置管理和文档创建、流转、归档、利用等方面设计其核心功能应用。通过基于标准结构的项目资料库目录自动生成和基于元数据模型的文件夹/文件多维度管理等关键技术应用实现铁路建设项目信息共享与交互,以及铁路建设项目的信息化、标准化管理。At present,unstructured data of railway construction projects are separately stored in various business systems,and the sharing and collaboration of railway construction information have not yet been realized.The railway construction content management system takes the whole process of electronic documents and standardized management as the guiding ideology,and designs its core functions and applications from the aspects of configuration management and document creation,workflow,archiving,and utilization.The applications of key technologies such as the automatic generation of project database directories based on the standard structure and the multi-dimensional management of folders/files based on the metadata model,realize the information sharing and interaction of railway construction projects,and the informationalized and standardized management of railway construction project.
