摘　　要：基于对群数据共享理念,对大型共享文档协同编辑工作管理信息系统进行重新设计。该研究设计重点在共享数据的细化分割和针对小单元模块的权限冲突优化。系统部署后的工作效果实测数据表明,组稿工时效率提升45.9%,校编工时效率提升59.9%,制版工时效率提升92.9%。出版社对该大型文档的编辑质量也给出了肯定。Based on the concept of group data sharing,the collaborative editing management information system of large shared documents is redesigned.The research and design focus on the refinement and segmentation of shared data and privilege conflict optimization for small cell module.After the deployment of the system,the measured data show that the working efficiency of soliciting contributions,proofreading and editing is increased by 45.9%,59.9%and 92.9%respectively.The publishing house also affirmed the editing quality of the large document.
