中日田径实力透视与日本东京奥运备战经验对我国的启示  

Perspectives of the Track and Field Strengths of China and Japan and the Enlightenment of Japan's Tokyo Olympic Preparation Experience to China

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料与逻辑分析相结合的研究方法,从竞技的视角出发,对中日两国田径实力进行对比,剖析日本东京奥运备战的主要策略,并提出日本东京奥运备战对中国新一轮奥运备战的启示。研究发现,中日田径实力表现为绝对优势项目将拉开两国差距,部分交叉类项目左右金牌归属的特征。针对国内情况,日本田径备战奥运在强化重点项目、增加海训与归化人才、加大环境适应与装备研发等三方面进行了大幅度的加强。结合国际形势以及日本田径的发展,中国在新一轮奥运备战中可以采用以下应对策略:第一,强化大数据在备战训练中的应用;第二,突出体能训练强化与技术细节的深耕;第三,加强天气预测与竞技装备水平的提升。Using the research method combining literature data and logical analysis,starting from the perspective of competition,this paper compares and analyzes the track and field strengths of China and Japan.It analyzes the main tactics of Japan's Preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games,and puts forward the enlightenment of Japan's preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games to China's new round of Olympic Games preparation.It is found that the track and field strength of China and Japan shows the characteristics that the absolute advantage events will open the gap between the two countries,and some cross events will affect the ownership of gold medals.In view of the domestic situation,Japan's track and field preparations for the Olympic Games have been greatly strengthened in three aspects:strengthening key projects,increasing sea training and naturalized talents,and increasing environmental adaptation and equipment research and development.Combined with the international form and the development of track and field in Japan,China can adopt the following countermeasures in the preparation for the new round of Olympic Games:first,strengthen the application of big data in the preparation training;Secondly,it emphasizes the strengthening of physical training and the deep cultivation of technical details;Third,strengthen weather forecasting and improve the level of competitive equipment.
