篮球课教学中区域联防意识的培养研究

摘　　要：区域联防战术是一项基础的集体防守战术,在现代篮球中运用十分广泛,能够调动场上所有球员参与其中,具有极强的弹性、沟通交流性等特点,对培养学生的篮球意识、团队精神和集体协作能力有着非常大的帮助。该文采用文献调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对篮球课教学中区域联防意识的培养进行研究,分析篮球课教学中区域联防意识培养的途径和方法并提出教学建议,为篮球区域联防战术意识的教学带来新的思路,同时也为学校体育教学方法的探索,贡献微薄之力。Zonal defense tactic is a basic collective defensive tactic.It is widely used in modern basketball.It can mobilize all players on the court to participate.It has the characteristics of strong flexibility and communication,which is useful for cultivating the basketball consciousness and team spirit of collage.The ability to collaborate with the group is of great help.This article uses literature investigation method,expert interview method,logical analysis method and other scientific research methods to research and discuss the training of zonal defense awareness in basketball teaching.It analyzes several ways and methods to cultivate zonal defense awareness in basketball teaching,and provides basketball zonal defense tactics.Consciousness teaching brings some new effects,and at the same time,it also contributes to the exploration of school physical education teaching methods.
