摘　　要：建筑营建人员的组织和管理是中国古代建筑工官制度的重要组成部分,但汉代工官制度的研究还一直停滞在粗略的描述阶段。本文以西汉帝陵为例,在搜集和整理相关历史文献和考古资料的基础上,试图对其营建过程中的各类人员组织和管理进行挖掘和探究,以期呈现出汉代建筑工程人员组织和管理的系统框架。The personnel organization and management of construction is an important part of the system of building officials in ancient China,but the study of building officials of Han Dynasty is still in the stage of sketchy description.Taking imperial mausoleums of the Western Han Dynasty as an example,this paper attempts to excavate and explore various types of personnel organization and management in its construction process on the basis of systematical arrangement of historical materials and related archaeological materials.It would present a systematic framework of the organization and management of building personnel in the Han Dynasty.
