摘　　要：从工艺流程、反应器、催化剂技术和聚丙烯产品四个方面介绍了Innovene气相法聚丙烯工艺技术;着重介绍了该工艺独特的卧式搅拌床反应器,从反应器的流动特性、搅拌特性和料位检测三个方面理解卧式搅拌床反应器的独特设计;综述了适用于Innovene工艺的催化剂和聚丙烯产品,指出开发高效的国产Innovene聚丙烯催化剂和高性能聚丙烯产品,是今后的主要研究方向。Innovene gas-phase polypropylene process technology was introduced from four aspects:process flow,reactor,catalyst technology and polypropylene products.The unique horizontal stirred bed reactor of the process was introduced emphatically,and the unique design of horizontal stirred bed reactor was understood from the flow characteristics,stirring characteristics and material level detection of the reactor.At last,the catalysts and polypropylene products suitable for Innovene process were reviewed,and it was pointed out that the development of high-efficient domestic polypropylene catalysts and high-performance polypropylene products would be the main research direction in the future.
