摘　　要：以异丙醇铝为原料,三嵌段共聚物F127溶液为模板剂和表面活性剂,使用溶胶-凝胶法,通过油滴技术制备出稳定的球形氧化铝凝胶,干燥获得球形氧化铝。主要研究异丙醇铝浓度、溶液PH值、滴入速度对球氧化铝形貌、晶型的影响。用实物图、SEM对实验结果进行表征,最终得出最优的实验参数:异丙醇铝浓度为229 g/L,pH值为1.59之间,滴入速度为3 mL/min,可得到成球度好,表面光滑的球形氧化铝颗粒,可作为吸附水中的氟离子与砷离子的吸附剂。Stable spherical alumina gel was prepared by oil drop technology using aluminum isopropanol as raw material,triblock copolymer F127 solution as template and surfactant,and spherical alumina was obtained by drying.The effects of aluminum isopropanol concentration,solution pH value and dripping speed on the morphology and crystal form of spherical alumina were studied.The experimental results were characterized by physical pictures,SEM,XRD and the optimal experimental parameters were obtained as follows:the concentration of aluminum isopropoxide was 229 g/L,the pH value was 1.59,and the dripping rate was 3 mL/min.The spherical alumina particles with good spheroidization and smooth surface could be obtained,it can be used as an adsorbent for adsorbing fluorine and arsenic ions in water.
