摘 要:在实验中制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极,并用阳极溶出伏安法研究铜离子的检测。结果表明,在0.6 mol·L^(-1)硫酸溶液中,于-0.7 V(vs SCE)处富集420 s后进行阳极溶出伏安扫描,测得Cu^(2+)浓度在2.0×10^(-7)~2.8×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)范围内与峰电流成线性关系,其线性方程为I_(p)(A)=-267.96 c-0.0002,检测限为5.4×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)。加标回收实验研究表明,该修饰电极用阳极溶出伏安法测定痕量铜的方法可行。The multiwall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode in the experimentation was prepared and the anodic stripping voltammetry behavior of copper ion on the modified electrode was investigated.The results of anodic stripping voltammetry suggested that the concentration was linear with the peak current between 2.0×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1) and 2.8×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1) in 0.6 mol·L^(-1) sulfuric acid solution,when copper ions were enriched at-0.7 V(vs SCE)for 420 s.The linear equation was I_(pa)(A)=-267.96 c-0.0002,with a detection limit of 5.4×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1).The experimental results showed that the determination of trace copper method was feasible on the multiwall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode by anodic stripping voltammetric.
