摘  要:运用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-静电场轨道阱质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)技术对栀子柏皮汤化学成分进行了快速、全面分析。采用XBridge BEH C色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.5μm),以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,进样量3μL;运用加热电喷雾电离源(HESI)在正、负离子模式下采集数据。通过比对质谱数据和对照品保留时间等,共鉴定出栀子柏皮汤中的146个化学成分,为后续的质量控制和作用机制研究奠定了基础。A fast and comprehensive analysis of chemical components in Zhi-Zi-Bo-Pi decoction was performed by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS.The analysis was performed on XBridge BEH Ccolumn(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1%formic acid water solution-acetonitrile for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and injection volume of 3μL.MS data in positive and negative mode was obtained by heating-electrospray ion source.By comparing the MS data in databases and the retention time of reference compounds,a total of 146 components were identified,which provides a support for the following quality control and mechanism study.
